Dr.-Ing. Dipl. Math. Björn Scheuermann
Björn Scheuermann left the Institut für Informationsverabeitung.
Publications and research activities from the time after the departure are not listed here.
Björn Scheuermann studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the Leibniz University of Hannover. He received his Dipl.-Math. degree from the Leibniz University of Hannover in September of 2008. His diploma thesis "Komplexe regionenbasierte Segmentierungsverfahren mit der Level-Set-Methode in der medizinischen Bildverarbeitung" dealt with the segmentation in medical datasets using the level set method.
Since then he has been working as a research assistant toward a PhD degree at the 'Institut für Informationverarbeitung' at the Leibniz University of Hanover. His research interests are segmentation, tracking, motion capture and mobile computer vision.
