TNT Aerial Video Testset (TAVT)

Scope

We created several self-recorded aerial test sequences with a moving camera for the evaluation of algorithms for aerial (surveillance) video processing.
 

Resolution

The sequences were recorded with a camera containing a global shutter in full HDTV resolution (1920x1080, 30 fps). Due to manually applied radial distortion compensation ("rdc"), the resulting image resolution after cropping to the image content is 1904x1072.
 

Video formats

We provide uncompressed YUV image data (bit depth: 8 bit, color subsampling: 4:2:0) recorded at flight altitudes of 750m, 1000m and 1500m as zipped files for download.

We are not allowed to provide full resolution video sequences for low flight altitudes for download. If you are interested in 350m and 500m sequences, please contact the TAVT admin: tavt@tnt.uni-hannnover.de

 

 


We provide several Snapshots for a first impression of the sequences.
