Timo von Marcard studied Mechatronics at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe and received his Dipl.-Ing.(FH) degree in 2008. Two years later he received a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in “Systems, Control and Mechatronics“ at Chalmers University in Gothenburg, Sweden. From 2010 to 2013 he worked as a developer for embedded software and algorithms at Otto Bock Healthcare GmbH in Duderstadt, Germany.
Timo von Marcard joined the Institut für Informationsverarbeitung (TNT) in November 2013 and is currently working on markerless motion capturing.
