Parisa Safikhani studied electrical engineering at Leibniz Universität Hannover, focusing on automatic control. She earned her master's degree in 2020. Post-graduation, Parisa joined The German Centre for Higher Education Research and Science Studies (DZHW) as a scientific researcher, primarily in natural language processing (NLP) and AutoNLP.
Recently, she has started as a guest scientific researcher at Institut für Informationsverarbeitung (TNT). Her current research interests are Transformer-based language models for automatic processing of text and automatic speech recognition of children's speech.
